Hello, I’m Leah , a Registered Nurse since 2011. Throughout my career, I’ve cared for patients and families during some of the most critical moments of their lives. I’ve seen firsthand how knowing what to do in an emergency can make all the difference — and how important it is for people to feel calm and capable when seconds count.

That’s why I created HeartSafe CPR Oregon.
My goal is to make high-quality, hands-on CPR and first aid training accessible to everyone — parents, caregivers, healthcare professionals, workplaces, and community members alike.

Every class is designed to be relaxed, supportive, and empowering, whether you’re new to CPR or renewing your certification. My teaching approach focuses on confidence-building through real-world practice — not pressure — so you leave class ready to act when it matters most.
